Our people

Every sorter has a different view on clothes due to a difference in age, background and nationality

The people who work in sorting at Marbo are the face of our company and determine the quality of our sorting with their years of knowledge and experience.

Depending on the strain, an average of 50 to 60 employees work at Marbo. Most of our people work in sorting where they have an average production of 2,850 kilos per person per day in pre-sorting after an introductory period.

The sorting and expedition are managed by a team of foremen who, in turn, are managed by the management. Marbo is a flat organization with short lines of communication.

We strive for a high level of efficiency where all employees contribute to the production process as directly as possible. The textiles are evaluated on the basis of the material and the condition they are in, but fashionable aspects also play an important role.

Experience shows us that women generally have a better view on clothes, quality and fashion. Consequently, women largely man the sorting departments. Additionally, every sorter has a different view of these aspects due to differences in age, background and nationality. This ensures that the products sorted at Marbo are always unique.
